You can add audio files right to your page via Web Content Tool using Soundcloud.com. 
Soundcloud is good for uploading audio files or recording directly online.
You will be able to play audio in your section without having to open a new window or leave your page. 

Sign up for free at soundcloud.com.

Click Upload
                                                                                       ⬇
     

Drag a file to the page or click the orange upload button

    

A processing percentage and loading bar will show you the upload progress

    

Fill in information and click Save

     

Click Go to your sound

     

Under Share copy the "Widget Code"

     

Or, for another users file, click Share and then select Embed and use the embed code

    



Add a Web tool to your

    

Double click on the tool and Paste the code to the URL 
If you pasted the whole Embed or Widget URL, you will see this error

    


To fix this, edit the URL by deleting "<iframe..." to "...src="" and ""></iframe>" from the end.
Keep only the highlighted URL section.

Then your Soundcloud will appear properly. Move and resize.
